Govind is a mountain guide turned entrepreneur who hails from the Tons valley Mori,Mora village in the western Garhwal Himalayas and has a cumulative experience of 12 years working in this field as a mountain guide. Having completed his Advance mountaineering course from India's most premier institute- Nehru Institute of Mountaineering of Uttarakashi

Uttarakhand, Himachal and Ladakh - in the Himalayas, with his notable achievements being the Stok kangri 2013 Pin parvati trek 2013 Rupin pass,2012 Auden Col trek 2014,and Gomukh trek in 2011. He is a skilled rafting guide and his kayaking experience is more than 8 years. He has rafted down most of the north Indian rivers like the Ganga, Yamuna, Kali, Tons, Alakhnanda, Mandakini, Indus, Zaskar, Brahmaputra and Spiti.
